• If your order was shipped, and USPS has verified the address, the order will be delivered to its destination. Therefore, we are not liable for the loss. Please make sure your information is correct before placing your order.

-- IT'S PAST THE DELIVERY DATE, BUT MY ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE.

• We ship as soon as possible; however, we are not responsible for shipping delays or missing orders once delivered to USPS.

• If an address is incomplete, the order will return to the sender. We will ship it the next day. However, this will delay your order delivery time.
